Maternity Leave Cover: Accredited Exercise Physiologist (Part-Time)
Location: Manly West, Brisbane
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Start Date: End of September 2026
Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)

The Physiology Collective is a boutique allied health clinic nestled in the heart of Manly West. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized, holistic care to our community. Our services predominantly cater to NDIS participants, with a strong emphasis on chronic disease management, women's health, and small group classes.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to cover maternity leave for our Director. This part-time position involves managing a diverse caseload, primarily NDIS clients, and includes:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized exercise programs.
Facilitating small group classes focused on chronic disease management and women's health.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based exercise interventions tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NDIS and Medicare requirements.
Engage in regular communication with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA registration.
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience desirable.
Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS framework.
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Current Blue Card and Yellow Card.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
