Key Responsibilities:
Project and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, particularly in back-office functions involving OCR and digitization processes.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and open communication culture within the team.
- Set clear goals, delegate tasks, establish deadlines, and track progress to meet project objectives.
-Oversee daily operations and monitor team performance through established metrics.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and risk-taking among team members.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and delivery of high-quality services.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, particularly in projects involving OCR and digitization, and providing customized solutions.
Performance Management:
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance team skills and performance, with a focus on processes involving OCR and digitization.
- Regularly review team performance, provide feedback, and recognize high achievements. - Address and resolve any team conflicts or issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Suggest and organize team-building activities to enhance teamwork and morale.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of
3 years of experience in the BPO industry , with a focus on back-office operations.
- At least
2 years
of proven experience in
team management .
- Strong experience in processes involving OCR and digitization is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with experience in direct international client communication.
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy, with strong analytical skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
