As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high performance and reliability of our Conversational AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and executing functional and regression test scripts.
• Conducting thorough testing of our Conversational AI applications.
• Ensuring that all test cases are thoroughly documented and executed.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases.
• Providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven experience in testing Conversational AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with IVR testing tools such as CYARA Velocity, CYARA Virtual Agent, and CYARA Cruncher.
• Strong knowledge of Text-to-Speech (TTS) augmentation, SSML tags, and audio augmentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
