Summary: The Trust & Agency Services (TAS) business is responsible for a broad portfolio of Depositary Receipts (DR), conventional debt and securitization transactions and service teams are required to engage directly with transaction parties supporting the administration of structured and non-structured debt issuances in accordance with the contractual terms. This role is exciting and broad ranging: the successful candidate will be responsible for specific functional duties supporting the TAS business globally and will have interaction across the initial transaction value chain supporting onboarding and access requests for the business. The successful candidate will be required to cover European working hours supporting the EMEA business and cross over to the Americas. Role Description The Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst focuses on client onboarding (COB) and exceptions in line with regulatory standards and jurisdictions. The KYC Analyst provides regular communication to senior bank stakeholders on changes in KYC, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) areas and ensures any changes required are implemented with minimum disruptions. The KYC Analyst also assists the bank's clients, managing all KYC and account opening requirements with appropriate governance and controls.
