The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree and 2-3 years of experience in liabilities sales. They should possess a strong customer orientation, high energy, and drive. AMFI and IRDA certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Key responsibilities include tracking customer complaints, queries, and turnaround times for customer satisfaction, maintaining an average quarterly balance, and conducting regular promotional and customer events.
Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
• Developing and implementing strategies to expand existing relationships
• Maintaining complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts
• Tracking customer complaints, queries, and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
