Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Client Acquisition Executive based in Delhi NCR. This individual will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and contributing to the rapid growth of Adcon Studios during this pivotal phase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, research, and acquire new clients across various industries through proactive outreach and networking.
• Articulate Adcon Studios’ creative capabilities, emphasizing the strength of our experienced in-house design and photography team.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, sales pitches, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
Candidate Requirements:
• 1–3 years of proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within a creative, marketing, or digital agency.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Solid understanding of branding, content production, photography, and digital marketing services.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
