POSITION DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLEAcquisition Manager / Assitant Acquisition ManagerGRADEDM-I / AM-IIDEPARTMENTBranch BankingLOCATIONBranchSUB-DEPARTMENTTYPE OF POSITIONFull-timeREPORTS TOBranch Sales ManagerREPORTING INTONAROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVEThe incumbent will be primarily responsible to -Acquire new customers for liabilities from open marketAssist the CRS - unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilitiesEnhance the relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customersTrain/assist customers to use ATM and BCs; drive usage of alternate channelsSIZE OF THE ROLEFINANCIAL SIZENON-FINANCIAL SIZETarget assigned as per the branchCASA Book – as per the branchTD Book – as per the branchSegment wise book (NR, Senior Citizen, HNI etc) – as per the branchNumber target for all the respective products.CASATDKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLEBusinessMeet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversionUnderstand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels:Leads generated by branch staff and personal leadsReferrals generated from existing customersAlternate channelsMaintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafterAccompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities customerCross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officersShare customer insights/product related feedback with the Sales Manager - Liabilities
