Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
• At least 6 years of banking experience, with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities.
• Sales experience and exposure to liabilities products is essential.
• A strong understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro-micro economic processes.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a tactical approach.
• A balanced mindset as a thinker and doer, with a 40:60 ratio.
