SME is a part of Wholesale Banking that manage businesses with a turnover between 50 to 500 CR.
Candidates having previous experience in liability, retail assets, priority baking, trade & FX businesses with inclination to learn and progress their career in SME business can apply
Job Role:
• To acquire New to Bank customers in SME segment offering banking solutions/products (Asset based( Fund/ Non Fund), Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury - FX)
• Collaborate with banks' internal channels as well as open market sourcing for lead origination.
• To understand customer's business model, appraise financials to identify suitable opportunities.
• Engage with Credit & risk function, legal & technical teams, CAD, GTS team for seamless customer onboarding.
• To ensure pleasant on-boarding experience for NTB customers and smooth transition to portfolio team.
• Ensure closure of deferrals & compliance to bank's audits and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Chartered accountant/MBA, Should have 2-6 yrs. of experience.
• Candidate has to be proactive, self-drive and aggressive
• Strong communication(Written and Oral) skills
