Job Description
You will join the Financial Crime Compliance Case Management team within CCRO (Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Officer) IT. The IT team is a key partner to the CCRO business.
• This is a hands-on Developer role, in which you develop requirement from Compliance collaborators including L3 support
• You will be in a team which focuses on delivering software using agile principles, strong CI/CD setup and DevOps mentality
• You will give to designing of new, and expansion of Financial Crime Case Manager systems used by CCRO
• You will assist in improving as well as adhering to IT best-practices and align with CS guidelines and policies
• You will actively bring in innovative ideas to improve and automate existing process/delivery
• You will need to understand and convert business drivers and scope (mentorship from Product Owner) into software solutions using the newest tech stacks (Java, React, Angular, REST etc.)
• You will be closely involved with a variety of IT teams, IT collaborators and business partners in crafting technology solutions that supply to new platforms that meet the high compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• You will maintain a proven focus on quality, be willing and able to adapt to changes in priorities & requirements and remain open and alert to new technology opportunities

Your skills and experience
You are expected to possess the below
• Proven experience in Full stack Java Developer who can convert user requirement with IT solution
• Phenomenal teammate with a flexible and a can do demeanor, a natural problem solver who enjoys a challenge
• A real passion for technology, an open mind and the ability to learn, teach and adapt quickly
• You are ambitious, hardworking who can work on own initiative and deliver on time whilst also being a good teammate
• High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
• University Degree (or equivalent education) in Information Technology (will consider Mathematics, Engineering, or other Science Degree) with strong coding experience
• Expertise in Java, J2EE and web technologies like JSP, Servlets, HTML 5, JavaScript, Spring, AJAX, XML
• Hands on experience in Angular JS, ReactJS, Redux, Spring boot, Hibernate, JPA, REST web services, SQL, RDBMS design and optimization, with emphasis on Oracle DB
• Knowledge of Actimize (eRCM 5.14 and ActOne)
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
• Deep understanding of test driven, agile software methodologies and associat
