About the role
As an Activation Manager you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation across all programmatic and paid social activities, ensuring strong integration with other digital and offline channels. You’ll play a key role in client engagement, mentor and manage a growing team, and deliver innovative, data-led media solutions.
Key responsibilities
Lead programmatic and paid social strategy and campaign management, integrating insights from other digital channels.
Develop integrated, data-led recommendations aligned with client briefs and business objectives.
Build and maintain productive partnerships with key media and technology partners.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure campaign delivery, reporting, and clear communication.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to innovation and best practice.
Oversee quality control from campaign set-up to reporting.
Support team development through training, feedback, and ongoing education.
General Competencies
Proven experience in programmatic & social media platforms (CM360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads/YouTube, Meta, Tiktok, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability, initiative, and a passion for continuous learning.
Ability to think strategically and solving client comms and performance challenges
Qualifications & Experience: Relevant Bachelor preferred or 5 years of relevant experience including a minimum 3 years experience in a media agency or similar field.
Salary Range: $85,000 to $99,000 + super per year
