Job Description:
All aspects of the social and leisure activities provided is person-centred and reflects individual requirements
Relevant documentation is consistently completed, thoroughly and timely
Delivers high quality care, services and social activities whilst maintaining a nurturing, open, fair and transparent culture.
Build a weekly activities programme
Involve staff, families and service users in activities
Manage and plan fund raising events
Arranging daily video calls to families
Required Skills, Abilities and Experience:
We are looking for experience in some or all of the following areas:
Creative background such as fine arts, performing arts, design
Events management
Good computer skills with experience of Microsoft Office
Good communicator
Ability to work on own initiative
Good planning skills
Work Experience:
Customer service
Organising small and large scale events
Some experience of elderly care, dementia experience an advantage
Arts and crafts
Music and drama
