Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day functioning of assigned program portfolio including all operations as well as program delivery aspects.
• Growing the Northwest team for operations and program delivery requirements.
• Building the use of technology across all aspects of the organization including automation at scale.
Requirements:
• At least 06 Months of experience as Backend Operations Manager
• Responsible to End to end responsibility of day-to-day operations
• Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet Search
• Ability to deliver results in tight timeline and coordination with multiple teams
• Must be analytically sound and comfortable handling large volumes of data and its interpretation.
• Handling the daily process, monitoring the team and operations requirements
• Daily Status update internal team
• Interact / Follow-up with multiple teams
• Responsible for monitoring and improving the integrity and efficiency of all operational processes.
• The candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and motivated to learn quickly
• Must be strong in communication
• Strong in coordination
• Should be seeking a long term job
• Independent and pro-active problem solver
