Job Description: We are looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to support the management and execution of digital marketing campaigns across our unique collection of media properties. The role includes campaign set up, day to day management, and tracking of campaign performance.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, creative, organized, and thrives in a fast paced / constantly changing environment. What You'll Be Doing Manage the QA process for digital media campaigns and media plans. Process Insertion Orders for Advertisers, entering into trafficking programs, update inventory reports, and execute on the various media vehicles for our products and services. Facilitate implementation of new ad units, and department software/applications. Run weekly pacing reports, as well as ad hoc reporting and analytics, while providing performance optimizations. Monitor trends in performance and identify areas of improvement, on a daily basis. Manage and service clients to ensure accurate ad trafficking, contract fulfillment and quality control across multiple web properties. Maintain low error rates, traffic efficiently, and proactively think about potential roadblocks to meet campaign performance goals. Organize interdepartmental workflow to ensure all elements are handled according to process and schedule. What We Are Looking For Work directly with third party ad servers, rich media vendors, clients media buying and trafficking teams, and internal sales staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission, quality control, ad trafficking and contract fulfillment across multiple properties and platforms Assist in day-to-day management and support other Ad Ops team members
