Position Overview: As the Head of Cyber Security at Adani Power, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive cyber security strategy to protect our organization from cyber threats and ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our digital assets. From leading a team of cyber security professionals to collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will drive initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance our cyber resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a cyber security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Lead a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence in cyber security operations and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain cyber security policies, standards, and procedures to govern the organization's cyber security posture and practices.
• Conduct regular cyber security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, legal, and compliance, to integrate cyber security into business processes and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, industry associations, and government agencies, to stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in cyber security.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
• Proven experience in cyber security leadership roles, with a track record of developing and implementing cyber security strategies and initiatives.
• Deep technical expertise in cyber security technologies, tools, and frameworks, with a strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions to mitigate cyber risks.
