Work hours are flexible. We pair each Specialist with consumers whose needs match their availability.
Pay Rate: $28.00–$32.00 per hour (Bachelors)

• Work 1:1 with clients to build practical, everyday habits and skills like morning routines, hygiene, and social interaction.
• Follow a specific growth plan designed for each client's unique needs.
• Log brief notes after each visit to track progress and milestones.
• Attend paid supervision meetings to get support and guidance from our leadership team.

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Education, Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, ABA, Rehab, or related).
• 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to pass a Live Scan background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or we’ll help you get it).
• Ability to work independently and follow structured intervention plans.
Note: Candidates with master’s degrees in the above fields are encouraged to apply and are eligible for different responsibilities and higher compensation.
Preferred:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish highly preferred)
• Experience providing ILS, SLS, ABA, behavior intervention, or school-based support

Work Location: Primarily in the consumer’s home and community in the San Fernando Valley.
