Available locations: This position is open to candidates in Brazil and India (Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune).
Responsibilities:
• Develop state machines and algorithms for Autonomous Driving functions.
• Manage and resolve bugs identified by other teams, prioritizing according to severity.
• Ensure product quality by creating and executing tests in SIL, HIL, and VIL environments.
• Support the vehicle team in tuning and enabling autonomous driving functions.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive sector (OEM or Tier1).
• 3+ years of experience in C/C++ development.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow and Model-Based Design.
• Knowledge of Autonomous Driving, Autosar Classic/Adaptive, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, Automotive Ethernet).
• Experience with Linux and Git.
Preferred:
• Experience in software design and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with multi-core architecture, microcontrollers, and bus monitoring tools (CANoe/CANalyzer/Wireshark).
• Experience in verification, validation, and ECU diagnosis (DTCs).
• Knowledge of ETAS INCA and common bus interfaces (CAN, Automotive Ethernet).
