Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform Static and Dynamic ADAS Calibrations including radar, lidar, camera, blind spot, parking sensors, and night vision systems.
Conduct pre-scan and post-scan diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket tools
Complete vehicle programming and module initialisations when required.
Perform health checks, clear fault codes, and prepare detailed calibration and diagnostic reports.
Assist with ADAS setup, including targets, level stands, alignment checks and vehicle measurement.
Support electrical fault finding and basic wiring/connector repairs.
Follow OEM procedures, Safe Drive SOPs, and insurer guidelines.
Carry out quality control checks and road tests to ensure systems operate to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain calibration equipment, tools, and mobile van standards.
Provide professional communication and updates to panel shops, partners, and management.
Experience & Skills Required
Experience in ADAS calibration, automotive diagnostics, or auto-electrical work.
Strong understanding of modern vehicle technology and sensor systems.
Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures.
Valid driver’s licence.
Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
Highly Desirable
Certificate III/IV in Automotive Electrical or Light Vehicle.
Prior experience with Scan tools.
Knowledge of radar alignment, camera calibration principles and CANBUS systems.
