Responsibilities

Oversees the education of CHCW providers, residents, and interested community partners on the Connect program s SUD treatment and related programs and supports coordination of care
Full time position to split between Medical Director/Connect clinics, and primary care clinics
Flexible scheduling to include dedicated admin time
2-3 hour drive to Seattle, Spokane, or Portland
Airports at Yakima and Pasco (Tri Cities)

Connect Program
CHCW s Connect is designed to successfully treat Substance Use Disorders. Our dedicated and passionate team upholds a mission to provide a compassionate, comprehensive, holistic approach that supports patients in their journey by providing medication and behavioral health interventions.
Practice Highlights: Position is suitable for a MD/DO or APP

• Prior leadership roles are highly desirable.
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
• DEA certificate.
• BE/BC required.
• Great peer references and in good standing.
• Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.
