Responsabilités :

Offrir un soutien administratif et juridique hors pair aux avocats et associés;



Planifier et organiser le travail selon les échéanciers;



Gérer la correspondance et les agendas des avocats/associés, organiser les rencontres avec la clientèle;



Préparer des projets de formulaires de roulement et/ou de CDC;



Réviser et corriger des textes, ententes et communications diverses;



Effectuer la transcription des dictées;



Ouvrir les dossiers, assurer le suivi des dossiers en cours et rassembler l’information pertinente;



Préparer les lettres de mandat;



Effectuer la facturation et les suivis des comptes à recevoir;



Faire les suivis des demandes diverses des clients;



Communiquer avec la clientèle au besoin;



Préparer les documents liés aux entrées de temps.

Profil recherché :


Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience comme adjoint.e juridique, idéalement en grand cabinet;



Bilinguisme français/anglais requis;

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional administrative and legal support to lawyers and partners;



Plan and organize work according to deadlines;



Manage correspondence and calendars; schedule client meetings and appointments;



Draft roll-over forms and/or corporate documents (CDC);



Proofread and edit texts, agreements, and other communications;



Transcribe dictated material;



Open and maintain files; track ongoing cases and gather relevant information;



Draft mandate letters;



Prepare billing and follow up on accounts receivable;



Handle various client requests and communications;



Prepare time entry documents.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in a large law firm;

Bilingual in French and English;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint); openness to learning new tools;
