Job description, work day and responsibilities

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un ou d'une adjointe-juridique pour se joindre à notre équipe.

Nos champs de pratique sont principalement l'immobilier, les procédures non-contentieuses, succession et testament/mandat de protection.

Les principales fonctions du poste sont les suivantes:

· Recevoir, ouvrir et distribuer les nouveaux dossiers;

· Effectuer la cueillette d’informations nécessaires aux dossiers;

· Effectuer la gestion du courrier, des télécopies et des courriels;

· Effectuer de l'entrée de données;

· Effectuer la fermeture des dossiers et le classement;

· Effectuer toutes autres tâches administratives connexes.

· Rédiger des documents légaux (prêt, vente, quittance, mainlevée, testament, mandat de protection, etc.) :

· Assurer le suivi des dossiers ;

· Fixer les rendez-vous avec les clients.

Qualifications

· Posséder de l’expérience dans le domaine immobilier notarial ;

· Connaître le logiciel Pro-Notaire ainsi que la plateforme Assyst Immobilier ;

· Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ;

· Être capable de travailler sous pression et respecter les échéanciers ;

· Personnalité agréable avec la clientèle et le personnel.
