Admin & Accountant

Avico Decor is a manufacturer of premium acrylic laminates in India. We are committed to delivering high-quality products with excellence and integrity. We are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Staff to support our growing operations and ensure smooth financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and communication.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and reports.
• Assist in employee onboarding, attendance, and HR-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Accounts Responsibilities:
• Handle bookkeeping, invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and statutory compliance teams.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings (or assist in them).
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in admin/accounts role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or ERP tools) is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
