Mystro is a Mumbai based fintech (https://mystro.in). Our focus is Neo-banking based financial order and our product offerings are Direct to Customer products like digital personal & education loans. We are looking for dynamic talent with prior experience in the Human Resources and Administrative functions. She/He will be an integral part of the growth objective of the company, person should have keen interest in engaging with people, understanding about Organization behavior and prior work experience of 1-3 years in the HR and Admin domain.
The person’s day to day activities as an HR & Admin partner will involve the following:
Handle daily Office administration activities, including payment processing, invoice creation.
Will be required to maintain list of payments made and collections. Basic knowledge of accounting is must. Should be familiar with tally or other accounting systems. Should have prior knowledge of making online payments.
Follow up with vendors, clients from time to time for quotations, invoices etc.
Prepare daily MIS for different business requirements, including Bank reconciliations.
Maintenance of expense book, local travels, petty cash registers
Assisting Accountant and Compliance team in filings and various reporting activities
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
