Job Description
The person’s day to day activities as an HR & Admin partner will involve the following:
Handle daily Office administration activities, including payment processing, invoice creation.
Will be required to maintain list of payments made and collections. Basic knowledge of accounting is must. Should be familiar with tally or other accounting systems. Should have prior knowledge of making online payments.
Follow up with vendors, clients from time to time for quotations, invoices etc.
Prepare daily MIS for different business requirements, including Bank reconciliations.
Maintenance of expense book, local travels, petty cash registers
Assisting Accountant and Compliance team in filings and various reporting activities
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
