Join Our Thorndon Team

Are you looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? We are a small, close-knit team in Thorndon who are searching for a keen problem solver with a collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a part-time position of approximately 30 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday from +am-2:30pm. However, we're flexible for the right candidate—whether you'd prefer a 3-day workweek or something else, we can discuss what suits you best.

Key responsibilities include:
• Inventory and data management including, stock inputs, invoicing, pick and packing orders.
• Assisting with product warranties, credits, and returns.
• Using Excel to manage stock levels and oversee stocktakes
• Communicating regularly with clients and suppliers, handling phone calls and emails
• General office administration and helping to keep the team organized

We're looking for someone who:
• Is a problem solver and follows their initiative
• Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Is confident with computers and software, especially Excel
• Brings a proactive, positive, can-do attitude
• Possesses excellent customer service skills and is always willing to go the extra mile

Bonus Points For Experience with
• Accounting software such as Xero
• Inventory software such as Cin7 and Shopify
• Microsoft office suite
• Sales and stock management
