Job Description
We are looking for an Admin Assistant for the Sr. Leadership team who can help them become more efficient at their day to day tasks. This will make a difference to what can be achieved by the team.
Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments, maintain and update the executive’s daily calendar
• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics.
• Screen all incoming emails, calendar invites and correspondence, and route accordingly
• Coordinating on various agenda’s with functional heads
• Manage complex office administrative work
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Strong experience in administrative support functions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
