The Role:
This is a general administration role where you will be providing office support to customers, managing correspondence and communications over the phone and by email,

monitoring

your own and your teams inbox, creating and

maintaining

spreadsheets and files along with data entry and database maintenance. An administrator may perform duties that are broad and varied in line with GDPR

.
The candidate:
Previous

customer service experience desirable but not essential

Happy to work independently, as well as in a team in

fast pace

environment

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skill and attention to detail

Ability to multitask
