Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Band 3 Administrator to join our well established team of administrators and clinicians working to meet the health needs of children in care, care leavers, and those open to the youth justice service.
Admin support in respect of foster carers medicals is also a key part of this role.

You will work as part of an existing administrative service providing comprehensive admin support to clinicians.
You will be responsible for the management of the teams information systems and will be required to accurately maintain all elements of this, ensuring that all statutory notifications, to all agencies are undertaken in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for the production of high quality documents from written, recorded or dictated material.
You will be responsible for the administrative element of externally working with the Children and Families Trust database (LCS) and undertake training with to maintain awareness of system changes.
You will be responsible for taking and / or providing minutes and agendas for meetings.
You will be expected to provide and receive sensitive information with regards Safeguarding Children, communicating with a wide range of professionals, within the BDCFT Policies and Protocols.
You will be required to collate and distribute.
