Shim Law is a busy and fast-growing Calgary law firm located in downtown Calgary. We practice in Family Law, Immigration Law, Employment Law, Real Estate, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Business Law and many more. We are currently looking for a Admin Assistant with with legal assistant training and preferably with at least 1 year of experience in various areas of law, including but not limited to, Family Law, Immigration Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Incorporation, Business Transactions, Criminal Law etc. This is a full time position. Responsibilities include general administrative tasks, drafting and organizing various legal documents, preparing and filing legal documents, conducting required searches, schedule client’s meetings, preparing invoices and recording payment receipts. You will be also be required to assist the accounting and real estate team for bank runs. You also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; organizational skills and the ability to meet the deadlines. You should also have excellent customer services, a legal assistant diploma, and experience in another law firms, be familiar with PC Law accounting. Salary : From $33,280.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: One location
