We are hiring Admin Assistant for one of our leading clients in Dwarka Sec- 1+, New Delhi Location.
Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant cum Admin to join company team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a variety of tasks, including office administration, and assist the CEO in managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
Work experience around 2 – 3 years. All should have experience in " Microsoft Office Suite " and " Organisational and Time Management Skills "
Designation: Admin Assistant
Location: Near to Dwarka Sector- 1+, New Delhi
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 / Month

Key responsibilities:
Follow up with vendors & different teams in the organisation.
Manage and ensure timely dispatch of products for online and D2C platforms.
New vendor’s registration paperwork.
Manage products and stocks at the Head office.
Maintain and organise office files, invoices and other important documents.
New Purchase Order generation.
Calendar management of the CEO, including scheduling appointments, travel and hotel bookings.
Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Order office supplies and maintain inventory and stationery supplies.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate and manage new counter openings:
Hardware team.
Merchandising, including CDU and Trays.
Back wall and self.
Stock management with the sales team.
Appoint with the help of the sales team.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Prior administrative experience preferred
