Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the office. Handling housekeeping boys work Maintaining of staff documents. Maintaining Asset register AMC (Annual maintenance contract) Maintain office supplies and equipment. Ensure a clean and organized work environment. Liaise with external government bodies/ Police station Organize and maintain electronic files. AMC, Asset etc files. Maintain accurate records of office activities, expenses, and other relevant information. Provide administrative support to staff as and when required by team members. Keep track of office expenses and ensure they stay within budget. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services. Address and resolve administrative issues or conflicts as they arise. Should be punctual on duty. Sometimes have to do sometimes outdoor jobs.
Requirements: 3 +years of work experience in administrative roles. Previous experience in a similar position and / or industry will be a plus point. Should have a good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, superiors, clients. Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Should able to maintain accurate records, preparing documents, and ensuring precision in various administrative tasks. Familiarity with MS office software such as Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and The ability to identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise in daily administrative operations. Admin executives often deal with sensitive information. The ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism is crucial. The capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve organizational goals.Should be flexible in working and Job time. Should be punctual, and adherence to workplace etiquette.
