We are currently seeking a Part-time Admin Assistant for our office in Gorseinon.
Saren Travel Group is a small, family-owned tour wholesaler based in Gorseinon, Swansea. We offer tour services on a B2B basis to coach operators, tour operators, and businesses in the UK and Europe.
The duties and responsibilities of the candidate would include booking attractions, following up on rooming lists, handling incoming customer emails, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.
While prior experience in the travel industry is not necessary, an interest in travel would be beneficial. Administrative experience and proficiency with Microsoft Packages would be highly desirable. The position is based at our office in the Canolfan Gorseinon Centre in Gorseinon.
The contract would entail 16 hours per week, with additional hours available. There is potential for travel across the UK and Europe to meet suppliers and customers, as well as to attend trade shows if desired. The salary offered is £11.44 per hour, and the working days are Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts unless travelling.
