About the position

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the school office to maximize positive impact on education.

• Lead by example in adherence to CSUSA's Vision, Mission, and Values.

• Take and transcribe dictation for various documents including reports and correspondence.

• Maintain the schedule of appointments for the principal and arrange meetings and conferences.

• Prepare evaluations, memos, newsletters, and presentations as directed by the Principal.

• Coordinate assignments and work of substitute teachers.

• Perform office routines such as sorting mail and operating office equipment.

• Prepare, process, and maintain oversight of purchase orders.

• Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.

• Manage records and correspondence, responding to information requests.

• Act as an information resource for other office personnel and communicate assigned duties.

• Organize and prioritize multiple assignments effectively.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• One to two years of office experience with a variety of responsibilities.

• Successful results of criminal and employment background check.

• Ability to work in a learning environment as part of a team.

• Bilingual ability may be required per vacancy specifications.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communications.

• Commitment to company values.

• Experience in an educational environment.

• Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS).
