Job Description
Managing complete office infrastructure
Coordinating with housekeeping to keep the office premises clean
Tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Managing entire employee transportation including preparing monthly roster and coordinating with the transport vendor to ensure no delays. Cross verifying monthly invoice with internal MIS.
Organising quarterly meetings: finding the right venue, procuring quotes and closing the deal. Ensuring efficient management on the day of the event.
Supporting all activities on the floor by arranging the required materials and refreshments
Coordinating with vendors to get ID Cards printed and salary bank accounts set up
Maintaining stock of merchandise
Maintaining all company asset details and assignments. Assigning and recovering desktop/laptop/other assets from exiting employees
Resolving system related issues by coordinating with IT vendor
Managing and maintaining relationship with all vendors
Requirements
0–1-year experience as Admin Executive/Facility In-charge/Receptionist
Qualification: Any graduation
Good verbal and written communication skills. Must know Kannada.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Should use own transportation
Should be comfortable for night shifts
