Key Responsibilities
• Data Management and Record Keeping: Entering data, updating records accurately, and maintaining organized files and documents.
• Administrative Tasks: Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
• Financial Support: Assisting with invoices, preparing reports, tracking expenses, and creating bills or receipts.
• Documentation and Filing: Preparing reports, organizing company files, and managing documentation for internal use.
• Coordination: Liaising with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Office Operations: Maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with the overall smooth functioning of the office.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Essential Skills
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, and potentially CRM platforms.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain order in daily activities.
