Admin / Bookkeeping Support (NDIS) – Contractor or Casual Opportunity

Evina Connect is a growing NDIS-registered provider offering Support Coordination and Social Work services. We are seeking a reliable, highly organised and detail-oriented Admin / Bookkeeping professional to support our team with invoicing and administrative tasks.

This role is flexible and may be offered as either a contractor or casual employee arrangement, depending on the applicant’s experience and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Issuing invoices
Monitoring and following up outstanding invoices
Supporting general administrative tasks, including adding clients to CRM platform
Maintaining accurate financial and client records
Liaising with Contractors to ensure correct billing information
About You:

Experience with NDIS invoicing and processes (preferred, but not essential)
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Fast learning, proactive and efficient
Strong problem-solving skills
Enjoys process-driven and task-focused work
Desirable (but not essential):

Bookkeeping or accounting qualifications
