Job Summary
The Lead Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up, supporting the sales team with lead distribution, and maintaining accurate tracking in CRM systems. This role acts as the connection between marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and improved conversion rates.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
Receive, qualify, and distribute leads to the appropriate sales team members.
Track lead status and progress to ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain updated lead records in the CRM/lead management system.
Monitor lead lifecycle to reduce lead loss and improve conversion rates.
Sales Support
Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and priorities.
Follow up with prospects for initial information collection and appointment scheduling.
Assist the sales team with preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations (if required).
Coordination & Communication
Act as the point of contact between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Communicate daily lead reports, updates, and performance metrics.
Highlight lead quality issues and collaborate with marketing to improve lead funnels.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate and share lead performance reports (conversion, status, age, source, etc.).
Track KPIs such as response time, follow-up status, and lead closure rate.
Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to optimize the lead process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in lead coordination, inside sales, or customer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, Google Sheet, MIS Reporting.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working with data, Excel, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
