Job Description:

The Admin cum Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the administrative and financial tasks of the organization. The candidate will be required to perform a range of duties including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks such as managing phone calls and emails, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. The candidate will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing financial statements and reports
Maintaining accurate financial records
Filing of GST Returns
Coordinating with vendors and customers
Handling administrative tasks such as managing phone calls and emails, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
Providing administrative support to the team as required
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Managing office supplies and equipment
Performing other duties as required
Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Experience with accounting software such as Zohobooks, Tally or Similar
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: ₹151,722.43 - ₹357,822.73 per year
