• Reception Duties:

• Administrative Support:

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage calendars.
• Communication:
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
• Office Operations:
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
• Documentation and Record-keeping:
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Maintain office files and records.
• Support to Management:
• Assist in organizing events and company functions as required.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
