Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, maintenance activities, and logistics at our Head Office in Thane. The role requires a proactive individual with strong coordination and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Admin SOPs and policies.
Handle vendor management, coordination, and negotiations (carpenter, electrician, etc.).
Manage stationery, pantry operations, and maintenance of office infrastructure.
Oversee AMC for AC, CCTV, Intercom, and Water Filters.
Supervise housekeeping and ensure overall office cleanliness and upkeep.
Monitor CCTV surveillance and manage office security.
Track inward/outward stock movement for events and ensure timely transportation.
Coordinate travel bookings, event materials, and inter-office visits.
Handle renewals of office lease, Gumasta, and Shop & Establishment licenses.
Manage handovers from resigned employees (ID cards, laptops, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality for all assigned work from management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in vendor and maintenance management.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
Male candidates preferred; Thane-based candidates will be prioritized.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
