Job Description
Responsibilities
Specialization in handling back-office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, etc.
Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
Assume responsibility for the maintenance of office equipment and assets including computers, copy machines and fax machines
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
Respond to questions and requests for information
Assist with organizing travel and accommodation arrangements
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 4-7 years as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
