Role Description
Admin Executive
• Should look into Facility and Admin related work.
• Should organise all team events in the company
• Should look into maintenance and cleanliness of office premises and equipment.
• Should maintain calendars.
• Knowledge of Insurance Car, GMC, Workmen compensation, Fire policy.
• Facilitate travel schedules and make travel Arrangements for employees by coordinating with agents and employees– Train, Flight & Hotel booking compulsory. (Expenses should be budgeted and cost effective.
• Create daily reports and update internal databases.
• Handle printing and collating work.
• Looking into office monthly expense bills
• Should look into Asset Management and provide support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets.

2-3 years
