We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives. • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and faxes. • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents. • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials. • Organize and maintain files and records. • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing. • Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings. • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
