Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital
Handle vendors and maintain strong coordination with all service providers
Take regular vendor follow-ups for supplies, services, AMC, and payments
Apply for hospital-related licenses, registrations, and renewals
Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for approvals and compliance
Manage administrative documentation, files, and hospital records
Maintain proper records of contracts, licenses, and statutory documents
Supervise front office and support patient coordination activities
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff for administrative requirements
Manage hospital supplies, housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors
Support basic HR administrative work such as attendance and duty rosters
Prepare reports and submit required data to management
Ensure hospital policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in hospital or healthcare administration preferred
Knowledge of vendor management and licensing processes
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Strong follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration
