Job Description
The Admin Executive will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing internal training programs across the organisation.
This role will focus on training operations, coordination, communication, and content presentation, ensuring smooth execution of structured training modules.
The role is intended to strengthen training delivery efficiency, engagement, and tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Planning & Scheduling
· Create and manage monthly and quarterly training calendars
· Coordinate with Operations team for session planning and training requirements
· Arrange training resource scheduling (meeting links, room booking, session slots)
· Ensure zero scheduling conflicts
2. Training Communication Management
· Send session invites and reminders
· Maintain training communication calendar
· Share pre-reads and post-session materials
· Act as single point of contact for training queries
3. Session Execution Support
· Organise virtual training sessions
· Manage attendance and engagement
· Record sessions and store documentation systematically
· Ensure smooth technical execution of sessions
4. Training Tracking & Reporting
· Maintain training tracker and skill matrix
· Track attendance and completion rates
· Collect feedback and prepare summary reports
· Share monthly training effectiveness reports
· Prepare training dashboards for management review
5. Continuous Improvement
· Suggest creative ways to improve training engagement
· Introduce interactive elements (quizzes, certifications, knowledge checks)
· Adaptability to adapt to software and tools for content creation
· Improve visual quality and standardisation of learning materials

4. Ability to engage different learning styles and adapt coordination methods accordingly
5. High follow-through and execution discipline
Experience Requirement
· 2–5 years of experience Corporate training administration
· KPO/BPO experience preferred but not mandatory
· Experience in content and video designing would be a plus
Educational Qualification
· Graduate (any discipline)
· Certification in HR / L&D / Program Design
Location: Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad
Timing: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
