Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive , supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
A great administration person has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Role & Responsibilities
Ø Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Ø Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Ø Manage phone calls and correspondence. (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Ø Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Ø Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Ø Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Ø Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Ø Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Required Skill
Ø Should have excellent experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
Ø Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ø Excellent organizational Skills
Ø Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Ø Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Ø Handling logistics, office maintenance etc.
Ø Co-ordination with sales team and front desk over phone and emails.
Ø Handle & Monitor day to day office activities.
Ø Maintain the entire files and records department wise in proper manner.
Ø Should have excellent presentation skills and can do attitude.
