Job Description Ensure all our workplace i.e. Support office, retail /other branches & Parking yard are maintained the upkeep of office premises. Providing support for maintenance of retail centres at respective city location Maintaining effective office administration for better coordination in the office premises. Pantry, Stationery, Housekeeping Management: - Supplies, Monthly audit of stock, efficiently use of consumables within the shelf life (FIFO) for all office of OLX i.e. Retails centre, Support centre, parking etc in the respective city. Security - Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. Record keeping of visitors and internal guests from other office retail , parking, location. Ensure timely payment of Rent, CAM, utility etc. pertaining to retail, parking, support centres in respect city Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc. Liaisoning with the electricity department, Police department RTO, fire office, municipal department, etc. for smooth services.
