Job Summary:
This role is a combination of three roles - EA to CEO, HR & Admin
EA to CEO Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Serves as the liaison to board members. Creates a win-win situations for direct access to CEO's time & Office.
• Manage communication (From CEO's Desk). Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential and crucial. Drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings, off-sites and staff meetings as and when required.
• Follows up on contacts made by the CEO’s office and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
Admin Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and cost-effective travel bookings and lodging
• Ensure housekeeping and facilities are managed well. Ensure excellent office hygiene and adequate office supplies.
• Cost optimization and waste reduction for all administrative and office management activities
• Ensure Admin related tickets are resolved within 24 hours/within the given TA
• Plan, coordinate and manage office events, engagement activities, festival and other celebrations are well executed.
HR Responsibilities
• Conduct onboarding and joining formalities
• Employee engagement activities
Qualifications
Must be graduate/MBA
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Admin & as EA
