Position- Admin Executive
Location- Ahmedabad (Thaltej)
Experience - 3 to 8 Years
Qualification- Graduate
Salary- Up to 3.6LPA (Depending upon experience and interview performance)
Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Monitor Office / Pantry cleanliness
Manage reception area
Manage office administration of PAN India offices & safeguard of office properties
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/hotel bookings etc. for the management & other staff members
Manage phone calls and correspondence at company reception area and redirect when required
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
Manage Courier & Postage of the company Documents & Maintain Complete MIS
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary, submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
Internal Coordination with HO and Other Brach Office Employees for Stationary Stock and maintain MIS
Monitor and reduce stationary wastage and unnecessary cost of administration
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Advertisement Publication work
