Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, managing supplies, and maintaining a functional workspace.
Communication Coordination: Managing internal and external correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Meeting and Event Coordination: Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing materials, and handling logistics.
Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintaining organized records, reports, and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans and accommodations for staff as needed.
Procurement and Vendor Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Support for Executives: Providing administrative support to executives, including calendar management, document preparation, and expense reporting.
Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensuring adherence to office policies and company guidelines.
Financial Record Keeping: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,065.7+ - ₹21,3+8.12 per month
